The parts of the body which allow fast muscle enlargement are the ones on the legs, back and the chest. These parts hold large muscles of the body and absorbed on these regions will help a person to not only gain muscle mass but strength as well.

When using basic exercises, other areas of the body that you're possibly not concentrating on at the moment are also gaining mass and changing although you might not realize it.

First of all try to be realistic. Note about three, maybe four goals that you can really achieve. For example write down something like that "I will walk for 20 min. every day". The goals hard to achieve will only frustrate you, so you'd better avoid them. But if you do not know how much exercise you should do, you'd better consult your instructor anyway.

If you want to achieve good results in fitness you have to be prepared. That means you must go to the mall and buy everything you need - athletic shoes, sportswear, fresh and healthy food.
